外商投资企业申请设立应提交的文件、证件：
（1）由董事长、副董事长签署的外商投资企业申请登记表；
（2）项目建议书及批文；
（3）可行性研究报告、企业合同、章程及审批机关的批准文件和批准证书；
（4）投资者所在国出具的开业证明（个人投资者应提交个人身份证明）；
（5）投资者的资信证明；
（6）董事会成员名单及董事会成员、正、副总经理的委派任职文件及其身份证或护照（中方人员应提交人事证明和个人简历）；
（7）住所和经营场所的使用证明；
（8）企业名称预先核准通知书；
（9）投资者指定代表或委托代理人的证明；
（10）法律、法规另有规定的其他有关文件。
Documents and certifications for setting up a foreign investment enterprise.
（1）Registration form of application for setting up foreign enterprise in China Signed by foreign board chairman or vice chairman of the board ;
（2）Suggestion Note of the item and Approval Document are required;
（3）Research report of item feasibility, Contract, Rules of enterprise, Approval Document and Certification from Examination and Approval Authority are required;
（4）Investor's credit certification, (individual investor shall offer ID Card certification);
（5）Investor's certification of credibility;
（6）Name list of members of directorate, accreditation document, ID cards and passports of members of directorate, general manager and vice general manager are required; (the Chinese side shall offer personnel certification and Resume);
（7）Use Certification of habitation and business site;
（8）Approval Advice Note of enterprise name in advance;
（9）Certification for representatives or constituents appointed by investor;
（10）Other related documents stipulated by law or regulations.
