1、申报设立外商投资企业应提交的文件
（1）以中方名义提交项目申请报告（独资企业免提交）
（2）投资申请（独资企业专用）
（3）外商投资企业合同、章程（独资企业免交合同）
（4）设立外商投资企业的可行性研究报告；
（5）外商投资企业董事会名单；
（6）投资者所在国家或地区政府颁发的有效营业执照或其他开业证明的复印件；以个人名义投资的需出具个人身份证明影印件；
（7）投资者所在地的开户银行出具的资信证明；
（8）外商投资企业生产经营场所的租赁（或购买）合同，或与县土地管理部门签订的用地合同；
（9）外商投资企业自用的主要进口机械设备、办公用品及交通工具清单（含品名、型号、数量、单价、总值）；
（10）审批部门认为必要的其他补充文件。
1、Documents of applying for establishing foreign investment enterprise.
（1） Submitting Project Application Report by the name of Chinese Company (not including sole proprietorship enterprise)
（2） Investment Application (only for sole proprietorship enterprise)
（3）Contract and Rules of foreign investment enterprise (sole proprietorship enterprise is exempted from submitting contract)
（4）Feasibility Research Report on foreign investment enterprise .
（5）Name list of directorate of foreign investment enterprise.
（6）valid business license copy or copies of other certifications issued by the investor’s country or region government; investor who invest in his own name shall offer ID Card photocopy;
（7）Investor's credit Certification issued by bank of investor's locus;
（8）Tenancy (or Purchase) contract of business site of foreign investment enterprise, or Land Use Contract signed with local land management department shall be offered;
（9）Main imported machines and equipments used by foreign investment enterprise itself, and detailed lists of office facilities and transportation tools, which include commodity name, type, quantity, unit price and total value.
（10）Other necessary supplementary documents required by Examination and Approval Department.
